Based on ISC World University Rankings 2019 overall rank, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (rank=601-700) together with eight other universities ranked 16th among all OIC universities (Figure 2).
Studying the performance of top OIC universities in Research criterion, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, with the Research score of 67.6, ranked 20th among all OIC universities. King Abdulaziz University, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, and King Saud University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Research criterion, the score obtained by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia was 67.6 (rank=716) (Figure 3).
Studying the performance of OIC universities in Education criterion, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, with the Education score of 11.5 ranked 20th among all OIC universities. Acibadem University, King Abdulaziz University, and Hitit University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Education criterion, the score obtained by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia was 11.5 (rank=272) together with five other universities (Figure 4).
Studying the performance of top OIC universities in International Activity criterion, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with the International Activity score of 73.9 ranked 15th together with Universite de Tinis-el-Manar among all OIC universities. King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Universiti Malaya ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in International Activity criterion, the score of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia was 73.9 (rank=384) together with five other universities (Figure 5).
The last criterion in ISC World University Rankings 2019 is Innovation. Here, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with the Innovation score of 0.7 ranked 134th together with 17 other universities among all OIC universities. King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, King Saud University, and Middle East Technical University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Innovation criterion, the score of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia was 0.7 (rank=1733) together with 47 other universities (Figure 6).
