Based on ISC World University Rankings 2019 overall rank, Ain Shams University (rank=501-600) ranked 10th among all OIC universities together with Universiti Sains Malaysia, Qatar University, American University of Beirut, Istanbul University, and Middle East Technical University.
Studying the performance of top OIC universities in Research criterion, Ain Shams University, with the Research score of 68.4, ranked 15th among all OIC universities. King Abdulaziz University, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, and King Saud University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Research criterion, the score obtained by Ain Shams University was 68.4 (rank=673) together with seven other universities (Figure 2).
Studying the performance of OIC universities in Education criterion, Ain Shams University, with the Education score of 5.5 ranked 68th among all OIC universities. Acibadem University, King Abdulaziz University, and Hitit University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Education criterion, the score obtained by Ain Shams University was 5.5 (rank=939) together with 21 other universities (Figure 3).
Studying the performance of top OIC universities in International Activity criterion, Ain Shams University with the International Activity score of 76.4 ranked 5th together with Makerere University among all OIC universities (Figure 4). King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Universiti Malaya ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in International Activity criterion, the score of Ain Shams University was 76.4 (rank=312) together with Iowa State University, Makerere University, and Yeshiva University (Figure 5).
The last criterion in ISC World University Rankings 2019 is Innovation. Here, Ain Shams University with the Innovation score of 3.3 ranked 39th together with Jordan University of Science and Technology, and Universite De Sousse among all OIC universities. King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, King Saud University, and Middle East Technical University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
At the global scale, and in Innovation criterion, the score of Ain Shams University was 3.3 (rank=1035) together with 30 other universities (Figure 6).
