    Based on ISC World University Rankings 2019 overall rank, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (rank= 601-700) ranked 16th among all OIC universities.

    Performance of COMSATS Institute of Information Technology in OIC/World within Each Criterion:

    I. Research Criterion

    Studying the performance of top OIC universities in Research criterion, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, with the Research score of 69.5, ranked 10th among all OIC universities. King Abdulaziz University, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, and King Saud University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    At the global scale, and in Research criterion, the score obtained by COMSATS Institute of Information Technology was 69.5 (rank= 605) (Figure 2).

    II. Education Criterion

    Studying the performance of OIC universities in Education criterion, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, together with Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember with the Education score of 8.6 ranked 36th among all OIC universities. Acibadem University, King Abdulaziz University, and Hitit University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively. At the global scale, and in Education criterion, the score obtained by COMSATS Institute of Information Technology was 8.6 (rank=483) (Figure 3).

    III. International Activity

    Studying the performance of top OIC universities in International Activity criterion, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology with the International Activity score of 67.7 ranked 27th among all OIC universities together with Middle East Technical University. King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Universiti Malaya ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    The last criterion in ISC World University Rankings 2019 is Innovation. Figure 6 shows the performance of top OIC universities in this criterion. Here, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology with the Innovation score of 1.5 ranked 83rd among all OIC universities. King Fahd University Of Petroleum & Minerals, King Saud University, and Middle East Technical University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.
