    Mansoura University in ISC World University Rankings 2019: An Overview

    Overall Performance of Mansoura University within OIC Region:

    Based on ISC World University Rankings 2019 overall rank, Mansoura University (rank=601-700) together with eight other universities ranked 16th among all OIC universities (Figure 2).

    Performance of Mansoura University in OIC/World within Each Criterion:

    I. Research Criterion

    Studying the performance of top OIC universities in Research criterion, Mansoura University, with the Research score of 67.3, ranked 22nd together with American University of Beirut among all OIC universities. King Abdulaziz University, King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, and King Saud University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    At the global scale, and in Research criterion, the score obtained by Mansoura University was 67.3 (rank=729) together with five other universities (Figure 3).

    II. Education Criterion

    Studying the performance of OIC universities in Education criterion, Mansoura University, with the Education score of 5 ranked 73rd together with Dokuz Eylul University, Erciyes University, and Universiti Malaysia Sabah among all OIC universities. Acibadem University, King Abdulaziz University, and Hitit University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    At the global scale, and in Education criterion, the score obtained by Mansoura University was 5 (rank=1044) together with 34 other universities (Figure 4).

    III. International Activity

    Studying the performance of top OIC universities in International Activity criterion, Mansoura University with the International Activity score of 72 ranked 19th among all OIC universities. King Saud University, King Abdulaziz University, and Universiti Malaya ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    At the global scale, and in International Activity criterion, the score of Mansoura University was 72 (rank=437) together with Kansas State University, Taipei Medical University, and University of Hannover (Figure 5).

    IV. Innovation Criterion

    The last criterion in ISC World University Rankings 2019 is Innovation. Here, Mansoura University with the Innovation score of 1.4 ranked 84th together with Karadeniz Teknink University and Namik Kemal University among all OIC universities. King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, King Saud University, and Middle East Technical University ranked 1st to 3rd respectively.

    At the global scale, and in Innovation criterion, the score of Mansoura University was 1.4 (rank=1496) together with 28 other universities (Figure 6).
